Our response
Health and safety is our utmost priority and our manufacturers (UK & worldwide) have been undergoing thorough, strict practices in accordance with WHO and government guidelines, ensuring the highest level of safety for both our staff and you, our valued retailers.
Expect some delivery delays
At SUNDARI JEWELLERY, we have managed to work with our manufactures and suppliers to continue operations whilst of course adhering to strict guidelines and practices.
However, we ask to expect some delays to receive your orders. Firstly, we continue to operate at reduced capacity to ensure safe distancing norms. Secondly, our logistics partners continue to operate at reduced capacity, which may result in a slightly longer-than-expected delivery.
We apologise in advance for these unforeseen delays and greatly appreciate your patience. If at any time, after placing your order, you decide you do not wish to wait, please let us know we’ll be happy to cancel it and issue a full refund!
